Therapist
I’m an LPC-Intern obtaining a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I strive to create a therapy space that feels safe, honest, and grounded, where you don’t have to filter your story or hide what’s hard. Healing isn’t perfect, but I believe deeply in each person’s capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
My approach to counseling is holistic and trauma-informed. I tend to work from the bottom up {focusing on the connection between mind and body} while drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches to fit the needs of each client. My work is rooted in presence, collaboration, and a belief in the power of self-awareness. That connection fosters meaningful growth. I aim to meet each client where they are, tailoring therapy to their story and needs.
I welcome the opportunity to work with people across all age ranges and identities. I’m especially passionate about walking with those who’ve had to be “the strong one,” the helper, or the one who kept it all together while no one asked how you were really doing. Maybe you’ve always felt like the outcast, the fixer, the peacemaker…or maybe you just know that something inside feels heavy, but you’ve never had the space to slow down and look at it. Whether you’re carrying anxiety, grief, exploring who you are, or just a deep tiredness from being “on” for too long, this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. Therapy doesn’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Your story matters here.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy nature, blasting music in the car, thrifting, and lavender almond milk lattes. I consider it a deep honor to walk with people in their healing, and I’m committed to showing up with warmth, clarity, and care.
