Mecaela
MC101 Intern Therapist
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, and identities.
I am an LPC Intern earning my Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling while working toward dual licensure as an LPC and an LMFT. My twelve years in education and my Master’s degree in Educational Curriculum and Instruction give me a practical understanding of stress, change, and the ways relationships and daily demands can affect our wellbeing.
I believe counseling works best when you feel respected, supported, and truly heard. I take time to listen closely, understand your goals, and partner with you in a way that feels steady and clear. I use a flexible approach and pull from a variety of counseling methods to match your needs. I also focus on helping you build a healthier mindset, reconnect with your purpose, and remember that healing is possible.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. I can support you with relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma related stress, burnout, and life transitions. Together we can build coping skills, improve communication, and create a plan that feels realistic for your life.
If you are looking for a place to sort through what you are carrying and move forward with more clarity and hope, I would be honored to walk with you. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy being a mom, exercising, reading, and traveling whenever I can.
