Kaitlyn Adams is a Master’s level Clinical Mental Health Counseling student and pre-licensed mental health professional dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care. Kaitlyn works with individuals and couples, offering a supportive space to navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, and the impacts of trauma. She is passionate about working with clients across the lifespan, including children, fostering growth and resilience at every stage of life.
Drawing from a person-centered and strengths-based approach, Kaitlyn tailors each session to meet clients where they are, integrating evidence-based strategies with creative and wellness-focused interventions. Kaitlyn’s goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
